Salon Policies

Dear guests,

Your appointments are important to us which is why we set aside a specific appointment time for every guest. This ensures you receive the best possible service during your time at G&E McIntyres Salon. To help us run our salon efficiently and effectively, we kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment and to give us plenty of notice if you have to cancel or change your appointment. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give the salon at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your hair appointment or need to change your appointment date or time. If you do not give us at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% the first time this happens. If you fail to give enough notice again, this will be charged at 100%.

Covid-Safety Procedures

Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to keep you as safe as possible when you are in our hair salon. While you are with us, please adhere to our social distancing guidelines and make sure that you wear face masks and sanitise your hands upon entry and when leaving. Skin Testing Policy

If you are new to hair colour or have not had your hair coloured at G&E McIntyres for 6 months+ please come in for a skin test 48 hours prior to your appointment. No appointment is necessary – just pop in. If you experience any discomfort, clean the area with warm water and let us know.
